Embrace Today

Many many years ago,

We had an eagerness of years to flow.

But when the time arrives in our hand, 

We forget everything and rest on land.

How foolish are we not to comprehend, 

That the more we sleep, the more we miss in the end.

Fortunate are we to receive this day, 

So why don't we utilize it in a better way?

Yesterday is the past, already gone, 

Tomorrow is something yet to dawn. 

Today is the gift from the divine, 

So why not make it the best of our time.
